1. Open up the Run window (Windows primal + R).
2. Blazon "WF.msc". This should open up up Windows Defender Firewall with Avant-garde Security.
3. Click on Outbound Rules in the left sidebar.
4. SelectNew Rule in the correct sidebar.
5. Cheque ifProgram selected, click on Side by side.
6. Browse and locate your executable. (.exe).
7. Select Block the connexion. Click Side by side.
8. Let the checkboxes remain as is if you desire to cake the connection everywhere regardless of the network it is connected to. Click Next.
9. Write an appropriate Name and Description so y'all know which programme is being blocked by the rule. (Volition save confusion later when trying to unblock the program.)
10. Click onTerminate.

If you wish to unblock the connection, only select and delete (R-Click + Delete, or Del on the keyboard) the dominion.

This is the general solution to cake connections of the plan to the internet (and other computers on the network). If you want to block incoming connections to the program, create a similar rule in theInbound rules section (Left sidebar).
